Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the request is made before the order has been processed, packed, or dispatched. To initiate cancellation, customers must contact our support team via email or phone with their order details. Once confirmed, the cancellation will be processed and, if applicable, a refund will be issued in line with our Refund Policy.

If the cancellation request is received after dispatch or delivery, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, customers may instead opt for a return or exchange as per our Return Policy.

For subscription-based services, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Any cancellation made after the billing date will be applicable only from the next cycle.

Please note that certain products or services, such as perishable goods, health-related items, or customized products, may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
